You are filming in Europe. We make the production work.
Arriving in an unfamiliar city with a camera and a plan is the easy part. Getting permission to film, finding the location that actually looks like the one in your head, and having a crew who show up with the right kit is the part that goes wrong. That is what we do.
On the ground
What we handle.
- Locations — scouted, photographed and confirmed in writing for your dates.
- Permits — municipal filming permissions, private property consents, drone where lawful.
- Crew — camera, sound, lighting, assistants, translators and drivers, contracted and managed by us.
- Equipment — ours, plus anything rented, insured and delivered to location.
- The schedule — a realistic day-by-day plan and a call sheet everyone actually reads.
- The days themselves — we run them, so you are directing rather than problem-solving.
- Rights — model, location and music clearances handled as part of the production.
- Post — edit, colour, captions, versions and delivery in the formats you need.
Your side
What you handle.
Your own travel, accommodation and insurance. We are a production company, not a travel agency: we will recommend where to stay and introduce you to people worth knowing, but you book and pay them directly. That keeps you in control of your own arrangements, and it keeps our quote about production instead of hotels.
Your own entry arrangements. We do not provide visa support, invitation letters or advice on entry requirements—that is regulated work and we are not qualified for it. Check with the relevant consulate or a qualified adviser well before you book anything. If we have contracted you for paid work, we will confirm that engagement factually in writing if you need it.
What it costs
Coordination from €4,500.
Coordination from €4,500 (€5,445 incl. VAT). Crew, equipment, locations and permits are quoted per production and approved by you before anything is committed. We hold a 10% contingency, itemise what it is spent on, and return what is left.
This one is not on the pricing page, because no two productions are alike enough for a published number to be honest.

- Give us as much notice as you can. Permits are not fast.
- Book refundable where you can, and do not schedule so tightly that one delay ruins the trip.
Questions
The honest answers.
Can you help me get a visa?
No. We are a production company and visa work is regulated—we are not qualified and cannot make an exception. If we contract you for a paid production, we will confirm that engagement factually in writing, because it is true. For anything about entry requirements, speak to the relevant consulate or a qualified immigration adviser.
Can you book my flights and hotel?
We will recommend places and introduce you, but you book and pay directly. Bundling travel into our quote would make us a travel organiser, which is a regulated activity we are not set up for. It also keeps you in control of your own bookings, which is better for you anyway.
What if I am refused entry, or my flight is cancelled?
The production does not happen and our cancellation terms apply. We cannot influence any authority's decision and we would never suggest otherwise. Book refundable where you can and leave slack in the schedule.
How far ahead do you need?
Four to six weeks for a straightforward shoot. Longer if you need locations that require permission or a permit, which is most of the interesting ones. We will tell you honestly if the dates are not workable rather than take the booking and hope.
Do you only work in Latvia?
Rīga and Latvia are where we are strongest, because we know the locations and the people. We will take on productions elsewhere in Europe where we can genuinely deliver, and we will say so if we cannot.
Who owns the footage?
You do, for the uses agreed in the contract. We ask separately for permission to show the work in our portfolio, and you are free to refuse.
